Zidane plans A better Replace for Modric by an Youngster.

Real Madrid superstar Luka Modric could miss out on a place in the team next season.  Real coach Zinedine Zidane plans to replace Modric and Norwegian Martin Odeguard next season.  This was reported by the Spanish media.

Modric, 35, has been a regular presence at Real Madrid's  midfield for some time.  Although he is still performing well, the club have decided to replace him as Modric is in the final stages of his career.  It is in this context that Odeguard, who played on loan for Real Sociedad last season, has been recalled.

Odeguard has a more aggressive style of play.  However, the Royals see Modric as his successor.  It is in this context that the Ode Guard is being held hostage despite the re-lending of players including Dani Ceballos.

Zidane's move could alternately include both players in the starting XI for next season's La Liga and other matches.  Modric's contract with Real expires in 2021  This agreement is unlikely to be renewed.  Under these circumstances, Martin Odeguard will be in the starting XI for the coming seasons.

The Martin Odeguard is an Norwegian professional footballer who play's as midfielder in Real Madrid. He has aged only 21 years. He played an outstanding performance for Real Sociedad in previous season. That's why he called up for Real Madrid training camp.

Martin Ødegaard's original loan deal with Real Sociedad was for two seasons but the Bernabéu board have decided to bring the midfielder back on Zidane's advice.

Ødegaard did not particulary enjoy his first experience of working under the Frenchman at Castilla but who has improved considerably since his arrival at the Bernabéu in 2015 and appears to have gained his manager's trust for the upcoming campaign.
